What is NAD+?

An active enzyme and a form of Vitamin B3 (niacin), NAD+ or Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, is a key enzyme in cell function and energy production as well as a neurotransmitter function and production. When substances are abused, it changes the makeup of your brain making it near impossible to quit.
